This Privacy Policy explains how WTFGPT LLC (“WTFGPT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when providing services to our clients.

WTFGPT is committed to decentralization and privacy. We do not operate on a model of centralized user data collection.

• We do not collect or store your AI training data, workflow automations, or outputs for our own use.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize client data.
   

We only process limited information necessary to deliver services:

• Transaction Information: Billing is handled through third-party payment processors. We may collect basic details such as your name, email, or business contact information for invoicing purposes. Sensitive payment data is stored only by the processor, never by WTFGPT.
• Correspondence: If you contact us (e.g., via email or support), we may retain those communications for service or support purposes.
   

WTFGPT creates, configures, and manages AI hosting environments on behalf of clients.

• Environment Setup: We provision and configure vector stores, workflow automation software, and LLM access software on your behalf. These services run in a hosting environment managed by WTFGPT.
   
• Client Control: While WTFGPT manages the environment, clients may request administrative privileges to any or all components (vector store, workflow automation platform, or LLM access software). Upon granting administrative access, the client has direct control and may revoke WTFGPT’s management rights at any time by changing credentials or API keys.
   
• Data Handling: All data processed within vector stores, workflow automations, and LLM environments belongs exclusively to the client. WTFGPT may access this data only to perform the management and maintenance tasks the client has contracted us to perform.
   
• Chappie SaaS Example: For fully managed products such as Chappie, WTFGPT provides SaaS services on a client-dedicated environment. The client retains full data ownership and may delete data independently or request WTFGPT assistance in doing so.
   

• WTFGPT owns and maintains the operating systems and open-source software frameworks required to run hosting environments.
   
• Clients own all data created, stored, or processed within the vector store, workflow automations, and LLM software.
   
• Clients may request full administrative privileges at any time and can migrate their data to another provider without restriction.
   

• Payment processing and any third-party integrations use industry-standard security measures.
   
• Because WTFGPT provisions environments on your behalf, data security depends on both our managed infrastructure and the security practices applied once administrative privileges are transferred to you.
   
• At no point does WTFGPT claim ownership of client data.
   

We may disclose limited information if required by law or valid legal process. However, because WTFGPT does not centralize or monetize data, the amount of information available for disclosure is minimal.
